1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website of NYC Canna Tours and booking a tour, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws, and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site or booking our services.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement
All participants must be 21 years of age or older. You must present a valid, government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License, Passport, etc.) at the commencement of the tour. Failure to provide valid identification will result in immediate cancellation of your tour without a refund.

3. Compliance with Laws
Participants agree to abide by all local and state laws regarding cannabis possession and consumption.

No Sales: NYC Canna Tours is a tour and education provider. We do not sell, distribute, or provide cannabis products as part of the ticket price.

Interstate Travel: It is strictly prohibited and a federal crime to transport cannabis across state lines. Participants are responsible for ensuring they do not carry cannabis products out of the state.

Public Consumption: Consumption of cannabis in public spaces is illegal. Participants must only consume in designated, private areas as permitted by the tour itinerary.
4. Assumption of Risk & Health Warning
Cannabis can impair concentration, coordination, and judgment. By participating, you acknowledge:

You are responsible for your own level of consumption and its effects.

You will not operate motor vehicles or heavy machinery during or immediately following the tour.

You should consult a physician before consuming cannabis, especially if you have underlying health conditions or are pregnant/nursing.

Release of Liability: You agree to release NYC Canna Tours and its employees from any and all liability related to injury, illness, or legal consequences arising from your participation or cannabis consumption.
5. Right to Refuse Service
The Company reserves the right to remove any participant from a tour who is visibly over-intoxicated, disruptive, or engaging in illegal behavior. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Refund & Rescheduling Policy

1. Refund Policy: All Sales are Final. We do not offer refunds for 3rd party tickets, weather, walking distance, trip cancellations, travel delays, or issues related to partnered businesses.
Refunds are considered for duplicate charges or billing errors, if requested at contact@nyccannatours.com, within 7 days of service. You must include a copy of the ticket(s) purchased and proof of the duplicate charge or billing error.
2. Rescheduling Policy: We understand that plans change. We offer limited rescheduling options based on availability, all requests must be emailed to contact@nyccannatours.com 72 hours in advance. Approval is at the sole discretion of NYC Canna Tours.
